New technology to boost marine capacity of Armor electric propulsion system
SOLANA BEACH, CA, June 23 -- Armor Enterprises Inc. (OTCBB: ARME).
Armor Enterprises Inc. announced today the negotiations between a Strategic Partner of Armor and a USA company to provide the technology to develop a new high-powered electric water pump to adapt to the power drive systems of a wide variety of watercraft.
With the successful completion of an agreement between these two companies, Armor will receive the rights from the Strategic Partner to adapt the new advanced pump to Armor's electric propulsion system. This will allow Armor to proceed with the significant Joint Venture between the Company and Nova Communications announced June 17, 2004 and to aggressively proceed to provide this new, high-powered, high-thrust, electric powered water pump propulsion system for a wide variety of watercraft products worldwide.
"This new technology will allow Armor to move quickly in developing the new electric water pump as part of its JV with Nova Communications," said Merrill Moses, President of Armor Enterprises Inc. "By bringing this technology together with the electronic propulsion system now available to Armor we intend to provide the most efficient and powerful thrust systems available for watercraft vehicles."
