JBS Technologies Partners With Carroll Shelby Licensing To Develop a Premier Line of Auto Security and Remote Starters

STEUBENVILLE, Ohio, June 22 -- JBS Technologies, LLC and Carroll Shelby Licensing, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Carroll Shelby International, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: CSBI) , announced today an agreement to develop a performance brand of auto security and remote starters products for the professional installer market. These products will be available to the consumer in early Fall of 2004 and can be purchased at premium electronic retail outlets.
