Redline Announces Senior Management Realignment
SAN DIEGO & MINNEAPOLIS--June 21, 2004--Redline Performance Products, Inc. (AMEX:RED), a designer and manufacturer of Redline(TM) snowmobiles, announced that its board of directors has realigned responsibilities within the company's senior management team.Mark Payne, president and chief financial officer, has agreed to become the company's president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. Payne joined the company as president and chief financial officer in October 2002. The company intends to begin the process of identifying and hiring a chief financial officer. Payne will continue to serve as chief financial officer until the company hires a person to assume that position.
Kent Harle, formerly chief executive officer, has agreed to become the company's executive vice president, product development, also effective immediately. The company expects that he will focus on developing additional products that Redline plans to sell in the future, which the company anticipates will include one or more snowmobile and ATV models.
Redline intends to have both executives continue to serve as directors of the company.
