New Agreement to Help Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper Increase Customer Sales and Retention for Its 2,000-plus Certified Service Centers Across North America by Recommending Deployment of OnStation ShopConnect

Alliance is recommending that its 2,000-plus service centers across North America use OnStation ShopConnect, the industry standard for automotive CRM solutions, to alert customers about preventative maintenance, improve customer service levels, and increase sales and revenues.
