Champ Car Grand Prix of Portland
Round 4 of 16

Michel Jourdain, #9

Qualified 10th 60.205/117.738 mph

Michel Jourdain

"We're struggling with the brakes and clearly we have a lot of work to do.  But, I'm confident that we can
improve the car for tomorrow because we've obviously found a quick set-up for AJ's car.  We'll compare notes
tonight and make the necessary changes."

Jeremy Dale, Team President

"Michel had a better morning than he did an afternoon.  It seems as the track got really hot and greasy, the car
was not able to keep pace.  He and AJ were within the same tenth this morning.  It's a bit frustrating, but they'll
dig into the problem tonight and get to the bottom of it.  He's tenth, which isn't bad, but we want to have him up
there with AJ where he belongs."
