SPEED Channel to Cover ASA Through 2005

PENDLETON, Ind. (June 17, 2004) - SPEED Channel, the world's only 24-hour cable
television channel devoted to motorsports, has picked up an option to continue their
coverage of the American Speed Association National Tour races through 2005,
continuing a relationship which began two-years ago.
