Motiva Enterprises LLC and The Wills Group Announce Agreement on Service Stations
HOUSTON, June 16 -- As part of its ongoing portfolio management process, Motiva Enterprises LLC announced today that it would transfer 55 active service stations and one surplus property, as well as its interest in supply agreements with certain Texaco and Shell-branded retailers, to The Wills Group, Inc. These assets are located in Virginia in the Richmond and Tidewater markets.
The Wills Group's subsidiary, Southern Maryland Oil Company (SMO), has been a Texaco/Shell branded wholesaler for over 75 years. SMO currently has over 200 retail sites, located primarily in Maryland and Delaware.
