ABRA Auto Body & Glass Adds Minnesota Franchise

MINNEAPOLIS--June 9, 2004--ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a Minneapolis-based damaged vehicle repair company, announced the opening of its eighty-eighth repair center today. Located in Red Wing, MN, the franchise was awarded to Harold Kracht.

Mark Wahlin, Director of Franchising, commented on ABRA's decision to award this franchise to Kracht: "I have been a friend of Harold's for years, and therefore know that his work ethics and integrity mirror ABRA's values. After completing a successful 23-year career as an engineer with 3M, I knew that Harold had the desire to operate his own company. When the opportunity arose for a franchise in Red Wing, we knew that Harold and ABRA would be the perfect fit."

The repair center, located at 4902 Moundview Drive, initially will consist of 6000 square feet, and employ a general manager, one estimator, one body technician, one paint technician, and a detailer.
