Chariot Manufacturing Announces Promotion Program

BARTOW, Fla., June 9 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AACS) today announced that its subsidiary, Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc., is in the final stage of negotiations for its first major media promotion.

Steven D. Smith, President of Chariot, stated, "We are pleased to announce that we have positioned Chariot to be the official trailer for a motorcycle stunt show featuring Cody Ives, the world's youngest globe rider. Cody and his family perform in front of hundreds of thousands of people each year. Their venues include many of the key motorcycle rallies that we attend as well as monster truck shows and other major productions. One of their shows is scheduled to be televised on one of the more popular cable channels. In addition, Cody is scheduled to appear on the Ellen DeGeneres show later this year. One of our 23' trailers will be the backdrop for their performance. "Chariot Presents" graphics will be prominently displayed on the trailer, as well as on their media kit, autograph materials, photos and uniforms. This type of program will not only give us exposure to hundreds of thousands of people representing our target demographics, but it will launch Chariot into the next level of brand recognition. I am very pleased with our progress thus far, it is now time to begin building the base on which Chariot will grow its market share. We selected Cody and his family because of the quality of their show and the professional image they present. We expect to have all of the details completed and the trailer in place by mid summer."
