Feuling Motor Company to Be Sold
Hires Financial Adviser
EL CAJON, Calif., June 8 -- Feuling Motor Company announced today that it intends to find a buyer for the Company. Gene Sheehan, President, said "a tremendous opportunity exists to take the Company's high performance W3 motorcycle engine to market with a partner who has an established motorcycle dealer network." This will allow Feuling Motor's to focus on the research and development of high performance engines. Therefore, Feuling has hired Aspetuck Capital Partners, Inc., a financial advisory firm, to assist it in the sale. Aspetuck expects that a closing of a sale could occur before Fall.
Founded in 1999, Feuling develops high performance motorcycle engines and performance parts. The Company offers a patented, high performance 180 horsepower 3 cylinder air cooled W3 motorcycle engine, W3 frames and a complete Warlock motorcycle.
