Flexsteel Announces Quarterly Dividend

DUBUQUE, Iowa--June 8, 2004--Flexsteel Industries, Inc. ... The Board of Directors declared its third quarter dividend of $.13 per share payable July 5, 2004 to shareholders on record as of June 21, 2004. Flexsteel has paid cash dividends each year since 1938 on its common stock. This is the 250th consecutive cash dividend.
