American Commerce Solutions, Inc. Introduces Crystal Clear Entertainment

BARTOW, Fla., June 8 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AACS) today released a description of the products and services of Crystal Clear Entertainment Inc. (a Delaware Corporation) acquired June 6, 2004 by ACS.

Daniel L. Hefner, Chief Executive Officer and President of American Commerce Solutions, Inc., stated, "Crystal Clear Entertainment is an Entertainment firm specializing in the development, distribution and marketing of projects in the music, film, broadcast (TV, cable & radio) as well as the live event industries. We welcome the diversity that this exciting new venture brings to ACS."

Rick Papaleo, President of CCE, explained, "The Crystal Clear strategy is to be one of the leading independent content providers of film, music, broadcast (TV, cable and radio) and Live Events projects and services. To accomplish this task we will partner with content providers and a consortium of other entertainment professionals in order to expedite time to market."

CCE will focus on Video, Audio, and Image digitization for specific markets to include: Dance, Urban (Gospel, R&B and Mainstream Hip-Hop, Children's, Teen/Young Adult (MTV Crowd), Pop Rock and Latin markets.

Papaleo continued, "Our products will allow broadcasters, artists, producers and labels alike to reach their goal of quality products and distribution and increased revenues efficiently and effectively. Crystal Clear will offer Entertainment Professionals the opportunity to join our network and obtain a fair and equitable financial offering."

Crystal Clear Entertainment, with its subsidiary, Elite Distribution, plans to expand with future acquisitions and development of production divisions.

Hefner commented, "Crystal Clear and its subsidiary operations broaden the ACS foundation. However, this acquisition in no way deters our commitment to the fiberglass industry or our machine and welding business. We will continue to actively seek to close on both the AFG and fiberglass recycling firm."
