William 'Rock' Hill Named to ZAP Advisory Board

Mr. Hill is the CEO of Donahue Gallagher Woods LLP (DGW) of Mill Valley, Oakland, and Walnut Creek, California, one of the oldest and most diverse law firms in the Bay Area. DGW was engaged by ZAP in January to handle various corporate law matters, as well as certain regulatory and environmental matters.

He has also been a member of the advisory board for Rebuild Oakland for the past five years. He graduated from U.C. Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law in 1984.
