"We must continually look for ways to improve our performance to achieve the maximum output from our Formula 1 cars," said Ross Brawn, Technical Director at Ferrari Gestione Sportiva. "The systems provided by MTS will provide us the information and insight which has not been easily available and to meet the challenge of staying ahead of the Formula 1 competition."

"MTS is pleased to supply Ferrari systems for both Formula 1 and passenger car applications," said Sidney W. Emery, Jr., chairman and CEO. "Our new, ultra low inertia, high performance virtual engine system is specifically designed to enhance development of next generation vehicles. Up until this time, the technology to meet increased performance needs has not been available. Customers will now be able to precisely replicate the performance of a Formula 1 engine with respect to power, speed, torque, acceleration and inertia in the lab. We are proud to be helping Ferrari engineer better cars."
