Deere & Company Announces Quarterly Dividend

MOLINE, Ill., May 26, 2004 -- The Deere & Company Board of Directors today declared the regular quarterly dividend of 28 cents per share, payable August 2, 2004, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2004.
