Diamond Powersports to Attend Bikefest at Myrtle Beach Convention Center This Week; Company Expects Orders to Exceed $150,000 at 4-Day Event

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 26, 2004 -- Diamond Powersports Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: DPWS) is pleased to announce that the company will be attending the Atlantic Beach Bikefest at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. There are expected to be more than 400,000 people attending this convention, with Diamond Powersports expecting to receive more than $150,000 in orders as a result of the 4-day event.

Each year Myrtle Beach plays home to the nation's largest urban motorcycle event -- Atlantic Beach Bikefest. Attendees at Bikefest will include motorcycle manufacturers, dealers, as well as accessory and apparel companies. Diamond Powersports will be offering the highest quality motorcycle parts and accessories at this 4-day event.

Diamond Powersports has just finished their "Best Month Ever" for sales and gross profits. April is the fifth consecutive record month for sales and gross profits for Diamond Powersports. Diamond Powersports recorded sales for April 2004 of $151,999.88, up 57% from sales of $96,492.29 during April 2003. In addition, Diamond Powersports' gross profit increased by 92% from just $48,620 in April 2003 to $93,646.36 for this past April.

Diamond Powersports is also excited to announce that it has just purchased its first mobile superstore. This 1995 Champion trailer is 48 feet long and has two expandable sides. The trailer has just gone through a final refurbishment and customization. The trailer is going to be pulled by a 2002 T-2000 Kenworth tractor. The tractor comes equipped with an air compressor and a 60KW generator. "This is a huge advantage for us. This mobile superstore enables us to bring an 800 square-foot store filled with our products to over a million people a year. Our goal is to have this mobile superstore add $600,000 in sales to our bottom line within twelve months," said Pierre Elliott, CEO of Diamond Powersports.
