Navistar Plans $250 Million Senior Debt Offering
WARRENVILLE, Ill.--May 2, 20046, 2004--Navistar International Corporation announced today that it plans to issue $250 million in senior notes due 2011 and use the proceeds to finance its offer to purchase its outstanding 8 percent senior subordinated notes due 2008. The registered notes will be offered and sold under the company's existing shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in February 2004.The offering is being led by J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. and Credit Suisse First Boston LLC. Information concerning this offering may be obtained from J.P.
