Debra Kirkpatrick Promoted to Vice President of Operations for Aimbridge Indirect Lending; Industry Veteran at Helm of Indirect Lending Division

DENVER--May 2, 20046, 2004--Aimbridge Indirect Lending, a division of Aimbridge and a national distribution channel that connects credit unions with an automotive dealer network to provide one-stop shopping and financing for members and potential members wanting auto loans, has promoted Debra Kirkpatrick to vice president of operations. In addition to managing the day-to-day indirect lending operations, Kirkpatrick will also be responsible for preparing and monitoring the division's budget as well as providing a "standards of excellence" assurance to manage the credit union and automotive dealer relationship.

Since joining Aimbridge Indirect Lending, Kirkpatrick has been instrumental in overseeing the development of the indirect lending division. She has taken the leadership role in implementing new processes and procedures within the operations department, as well as ensuring all staff are properly trained regarding all federal and state regulations as it pertains to indirect lending.

Kirkpatrick brings more than thirty years of indirect lending experience to Aimbridge Indirect Lending. Prior to joining Aimbridge, she was the assistant vice president of consumer finance for UMB Bank. She was also the credit manager for Indirect Lending Key Auto Finance - Key Corporation as well as the assistant vice president of indirect lending with First Interstate Bank.
