Try Out RAC Traffic-iTrafficmaster on Orange

CRANFIELD, England, May 26, 2004 -- RAC Traffic-i, a live visual traffic information service developed by Trafficmaster and Integrated Mobile Technologies is now available through the Orange mobile network.

RAC Traffic-i is available from Orange World, on seven handsets to date; the Orange SPV E200, the Nokia 6600, 7650, 3650 and N-gage models and the Sony Ericsson P800 and P900.

The service incorporates five levels of zoom so users can view any specific area of interest and can make informed decisions on what route to take based on current traffic conditions. The handset display shows traffic problems on a scrolling map and depicts the delay in minutes and miles per hour. RAC Traffic-i can be used to bookmark locations, which can be recalled simply and quickly as a default when users initially access the RAC Traffic-i service.
