BOULDER CITY, Nev., May 26, 2004 -- Amerityre Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: AMTY) . Amerityre Corporation announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Thomas Oare to provide Amerityre with engineering expertise in connection with Amerityre's continued development of its polyurethane tire technology. Mr. Oare is recognized within the tire industry as an expert in tire engineering and is the inventor for 25 patents relating to tire design, engineering and construction. A significant portion of those patents pertain to extended mobility tire designs or "run-flat" tire systems. In connection with retaining Mr. Oare's services, Amerityre's President and Chief Executive Officer, Richard Steinke stated, "By joining our technical design team, Tom gives us additional tire expertise to assist in expanding Amerityre's polyurethane tire technology into a number of other run-flat tire designs."
