RCAI & North American Systems Inc. Announce Record Orders In May

LAKE FOREST, Calif.--May 25, 2004--RCAI (Reclamation Consulting & Applications Inc.) (OTCBB:RCAA) and its U.S. distributor, North American Systems Inc., announced record orders for the month of May 20, 200404.

North American Systems Inc. is currently supplying more than 50 ALDEROX(TM) ASA-12(TM) application systems to customers throughout the western United States. These application systems have been specially designed by NAS for the purpose of applying optimal amounts of ALDEROX(TM) ASA-12(TM) to the beds of asphalt trucks.

NAS supplies application systems to customers under contractual agreement for annual and multiple year supply contracts. Based upon conservative annual product usage estimates, the orders received in May represent over $1.5M in gross sales for the year.

NAS is working on the development of the eastern United States market where the majority of U.S. asphalt plants are situated. NAS has been requested to perform product demonstrations at a number of large asphalt producing plants in the southeastern states during the end of May/early June. Orders are now being received from customers in the northeastern states and customer requests for product demonstrations are being received almost daily.

NAS has recently offered a new variation of the ALDEROX(TM) formula, which is highly effective in keeping drag-slats/drag-chains free of asphalt buildup. Drag-slats/drag-chains are a conveying mechanism that transports asphalt from the kiln to the silo at a hot-mix asphalt plant. This additional use of the product is expected to nearly double sales in the asphalt market and does not require additional capital for market development.
