Rain bumps the MOPAR 250 CASCAR Super Series opener to Monday
LONDON, ON - Steady rain and a damp weather forecast in the London area
have caused CASCAR officials to postpone Sunday's season-opening MOPAR 250
CASCAR Super Series race at Delaware Speedway. The race has been moved back
one day, to Monday, May 24. Spectator gates will open at 11 a.m. The green
flag is scheduled to fly at 2 p.m.
Three-time and defending Super Series champion Don Thomson Jr. will start
on the pole, alongside fellow three-time CASCAR National champion Dave
Whitlock.
