Visteon Announces Tentative Agreement With IUE-CWA Local 907

DEARBORN, Mich., May 23, 2004 -- Visteon Corporation today announced it has reached a tentative agreement with IUE-CWA Local 907.

The local operating agreement covers 1,026 hourly employees at Visteon's Bedford manufacturing facility located in Bedford, Ind.

The agreement, which is subject to ratification at a later date, will run through 2010. No additional details are available.
