Visteon Announces Tentative Agreement with UAW Local 898

DEARBORN, Mich., May 22, 2004 -- Visteon Corporation today announced it has reached a tentative agreement with UAW Local 898.

The local operating agreement covers 2,074 hourly employees at Visteon's Rawsonville manufacturing facility located in Ypsilanti, Mich.

The agreement, which is subject to ratification at a later date, will run through 2007. No additional details are available.
