TWIN MODIFIED MAINS ON TAP SATURDAY MAY 29TH AT LEBANON VALLEY 
WEST LEBANON, NY – The last time Twin Modified Mains were run at Lebanon 
Valley Speedway was July 28, 2001. The Twin 20-Lap Modified Mains have been an 
annual addition to the regular Saturday night racing schedule for several years 
but Mother Nature hasn’t cooperated for the past two seasons. This year will be 
different. 
Sheldon Oil Services and Bilinski Sausage Manufacturing Company will present 
the 2004 Memorial Weekend Special on Saturday May 29th and Twin 20-Lap 
Modified Mains will headline the evenings racing program. The Sportsman, Pro Stock, 
Rookie and Pure Stock Divisions will also run their regular races. 
In 2001 the “Sand Lake Slingshot” Kenny Tremont Jr captured the first 
20-lapper and recorded his 200th overall career victory and 95th at Lebanon Valley. 
In the second 20-lapper Averill Park, NY’s J. R. Heffner was the winner. 
The handicapping procedure for the Twin Modified Mains will be as follows. 
Heats and the first Main will be run as usual according to the money won from 
the previous three regular season point races. The finish from the first 20-Lap 
Main will be recorded and a new handicapping sheet will be made for the second 
20-Lap Main. 
The top fifteen finishers from the first 20-Lap Main will be re-handicapped 
for their starting positions in the second 20-Lap Main. Cars finishing in 
sixteenth and back in the first 20-Lap Main will start the second 20-Lap Main in 
those same finishing positions. 
Half points will be awarded for the finish of each 20-Lap Main and you MUST 
run the same tires in both 20-Lap Mains. 
Gates open on Saturday May 29th at 5pm with racing at 6pm. Adult General 
Admission is $11 and Kids (under 12) are $2. Be sure not to miss this exciting
