Sealtronix Expands Manufacturing Facility

WAUKESHA, Wis., May 18, 2004 -- Sealtronix Inc., a leading electrical and electronic component-sealing contractor, has expanded their Waukesha, Wis. facility. The expansion more than doubles the space available for continued growth and customer service.

Sealtronix is part of the Casting Impregnators Group headquartered in Franklin Park, Ill. Components sealed by Sealtronix are used in a variety of industries including automotive, off-highway and heavy equipment manufacturing. This expansion comes on the heels of ISO 9001 registration and its commitment to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) compliance for critical part handling.

"Sealtronix has historically been committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service available," explains David E. Koehler, president of Sealtronix. "This expansion shows the continued commitment we have to the electrical and electronic component market and reinforces the success of this innovative way to seal components."

Unlike topical solutions such as potting and silicone, the process used by Sealtronix places the sealant in the leak paths and not on the surface. This creates a very high quality part and in many cases has allowed existing component designs to be used in more stringent applications.
