Seasoned Sales Leader, Bryan Lewis, Joins DealerTrack, Inc. as Vice President, National Sales

MELVILLE, N.Y.--May 1, 20047, 2004--DealerTrack, Inc., a technology services company enabling finance transactions between automobile dealers and financing sources through its DealerTrack(TM) platform, today announced the appointment of Bryan Lewis as vice president, national sales. In his new role, Mr. Lewis will be responsible for managing and directing all of the growing company's sales efforts directed toward the U.S. automotive dealership community.

Mr. Lewis brings to DealerTrack 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, where he became a leader in sales management and technology. He most recently served as the head of global sales, support and education for Barra, a public financial services company that helps portfolio managers, brokers, banks and private investors manage their assets and financial risk. Mr. Lewis joined Barra in 2000 as the head of global sales, support and education, where he managed over 75 sales professionals in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

Mr. Lewis began his career as a municipal bond broker before becoming sales director at Technimetrics, an investor relations firm. He was recruited to Bloomberg in 1989 where he spent 10 years educating and training a domestic sales force and selling equity and fixed income information products. By 1999, Mr. Lewis was managing a 40-member sales team as global sales manager.
