Dealix Corporation Names Former Ericsson Executive, David F. Wittenkamp, as Chief Financial Officer

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., May 14, 2004 -- Dealix Corporation, the market expert and leader in automotive Internet marketing services, has named David F. Wittenkamp as chief financial officer. Wittenkamp brings a wealth of experience in building and running technology companies to the Dealix executive team. Most recently, he served as the CFO for The 3DO Company, a publisher and developer of entertainment software.

Prior to The 3DO Company, Wittenkamp co-founded TouchWave, Inc., a voice- over-IP company that was acquired by LM Ericsson of Sweden in 1999. After the acquisition, he served as CFO/COO for the acquired company, renamed Ericsson WebCom, Inc. A native of Denmark, Wittenkamp served as country manager for Nokia Mobile Phones from 1994-1996. He also co-founded PhaseOne, Inc., a developer of high-end digital camera solutions for professional photography; and served in various roles at other well-known technology companies, including IBM Denmark and Motorola Denmark. Wittenkamp also served as zone manager for Ford Motor Company's Danish subsidiary in the 1980's, where he supervised dealer operations and assisted in strategic planning and business development for the Scandinavian market. Wittenkamp holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
