DEARBORN, Mich., May 12 -- Ford Motor Company will hold its annual meeting with members of the investment community in Dearborn on Wednesday, May 19, 2004, from 8 a.m. until approximately 12:15 p.m.

Ford Motor Company Chairman and CEO Bill Ford and members of the executive management team will present at the meeting.
