Tony Kanaan, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"I hate to sound like a broken record, but today was a lot like yesterday. We struggled a little bit in
the morning with the Team 7-Eleven car and then found ourselves late in the afternoon. I feel more
confident than yesterday, for sure. I think we're on the right track and now we just need to chase the
speed."

Tony Kanaan Facts
Indianapolis marks Kanaan's 21st IndyCar Series start.
Kanaan started second and finished third in last year's Indianapolis 500.
Kanaan is coming off a second-place finish in the series' last event at Twin Ring Motegi on April 17.

Eric Cowdin, Race Engineer, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"We made good progress today with the Team 7-Eleven car. We made some changes overnight
last night that didn't pan out very well for us, but we have a set agenda that we need to work through. We
sat down as a group - engineers and drivers - and made a new plan for this afternoon, and it really
benefited all four drivers. As a team, we've picked up a lot of speed. It gives us a really good baseline
heading into the rest of the week."
