          "It was a hard day. The weather obviously didn't help with the thunderstorms this afternoon. But,
we shook down the primary ArcaEx car and tried a radically different setup on it. We spent a couple runs
sorting it out and I think we're getting there. We're getting a handle on it. But, I think it's going to take
another couple days to get it right."

Dario Franchitti Facts
       Indianapolis marks Franchitti's eighth IndyCar Series start and second start in the Indianapolis 500.
       In his only other Indy 500 start (2002), Franchitti qualified 28th and finished 19th.
       Franchitti is coming off his first top-10 finish of the season, which came in the form of a seventh at
       Twin Ring Motegi on April 17.

          "We improved the ArcaEx car a little bit today, but we've still got a ways to go. Our lap time at the
end of the day was a little misleading because we got quite a tow from Dan (Wheldon). We're just not
really where we need to be right now, but this is when it pays to have such great teammates. They'll help
get us headed in the right direction."
