 Arlene Johnson to appear on this weekend's NHRA2Day

Sugar Hill, Ga., May 7, 2003 - Arlene Johnson, wife of six-time NHRA Pro Stock champion Warren Johnson and mother of Pro Stock standout Kurt Johnson will be a guest on this weekend's "Mother's Day" edition of NHRA2Day.  

In an interview taped in the GM Performance Parts pit area during last weekend's POWERade Drag Racing Series event in Bristol, TN, the woman behind the most successful father-and-son combination in the history of the NHRA talks about her life with "The Professor", as well as her role in the teams' successes.

NHRA2Day is ESPN's half-hour weekly magazine show chronicling the events of the world's fastest motorsport.  Hosted by Bill Stephens, it brings viewers up-to-date on the latest news from the National Hot Rod Association, either from the site of that weekend's national event, or from the show's Charlotte, NC studios.

This weekend's show is scheduled to air at its normal time on Sunday morning from 11:30 a.m. - 12 noon (ET) on ESPN2.
