Mazda North American Operations Announces Organizational Appointments

IRVINE, Calif., May 6, 2004 -- Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) recently announced the appointment of Peter Donnelly to Director, Dealer Affairs. In this position, Donnelly will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of focused communications and interactions with the Mazda dealer body as well as overseeing Mazda's National Dealer Advisory Council.

Donnelly has been involved with Mazda since the inception of Mazda American Credit (MAC) in 1987 and has held various positions within MAC at regional and national levels.

Mazda also announces the promotion of David Zuchowski to Vice President of Sales & Field Operations. Zuchowski, formerly Senior Director of Sales & Field Operations, has been instrumental in reaching aggressive sales targets and will continue to drive Mazda's growth in his new position.
