Mazda RX-8 Receives Highest-ever Mark in Brake Quality Test of Fiscal 2003 Vehicle Assessment
Tokyo (JCNN) - Mazda Motor announced on April 27 that in the Fiscal 2003 Vehicle Assessment conducted by Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, its Mazda RX-8 received a highest-ever mark in the brake quality test on dry roads, with a minimal stopping distance of 38.6m.
The 4-door, 4-seater sports car was also rated the highest six stars in the comprehensive collision safety test.
