Oxford Management Services Launches New Call Center to Accommodate Current and Future Partners

PALM BEACH, Fla.--May 4, 2004--Oxford Management Services, an accounts receivable management firm with headquarters in New York, is pleased to announce the opening of its 3rd facility in Palm Beach, FL this past January. The new call center signifies a new stage in the company's growth and continued commitment to performance and service.

"This is our third collection center and we are excited about the opportunity this area could bring to our company," said Peter Pinto, President of OMS. "This is another step in showing how committed we are, not only to our perspective and current clients, but more importantly to our employees. Our West Palm Beach site will allow us to add over 100 collection positions to our company."

The call center is managed by two associates of Oxford's Senior Level Management Team and will specialize in the recovery of bankcard, private label credit card, and retail portfolios. A major key to the success of this office is the experience of the collection associates hired, with a blend of some key personnel from the New York office.
