Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. Signs Agreements with the Top 15 Nationally Recognized Sprint Car Drivers to Participate in Sprint Series

NORMAN, Okla.--May 4, 2004--Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. (OTCBB:BMSR) (Boundless) announced that it has signed agreements with the country's top 15 sprint car drivers to participate in the rest of the 2004 World of Outlaws Sprint Series. These 15 drivers, who will be marketed to fans and promoters as the "Mean 15," have committed to Boundless to appear at each of the remaining scheduled World of Outlaws Sprint Series races. This arrangement is similar to the agreements that Boundless previously received for its Late Model Series, whereby Boundless signed-up the top 12 nationally recognized late model drivers, known as the "Dirty Dozen," to race during the 2004 World of Outlaws Late Model Series.

"Contracting with these drivers is another meaningful step towards establishing stability within the Sprint Series," said Bobby Hartslief, Boundless Chief Operating Officer. "Last year there were only nine drivers that followed the entire World of Outlaws tour, to now get 15 to commit to racing the entire schedule is very significant. Certainly the success of the concept of a contractual relationship we pioneered with the Dirty Dozen had some influence," continued Hartslief.

The new World of Outlaws Sprint Series "Mean 15" includes veteran champions Steve Kinser, Danny Lasoski, Joey Saldana, Donny Schatz and Craig Dollansky, as well as new talents such as Kraig Kinser, Erin Crocker, Daryn Pittman and Jason Meyers. Finishing out the "Mean 15" are Brian Brown, Jason Sides, Paul McMahan, Brian Paulus, Tim Shaffer and Jonathon Allard.

"I'm glad that all 15 of us agree on something, that we want to see the World of Outlaws grow to be a bigger and bigger Series and I really appreciate everything that Paul Kruger (Chairman and CEO) and Bobby Hartslief have done," said Danny Lasoski, driver of the #20 JD Byrider sponsored sprint car and currently ranked second in World of Outlaws Championship Points. "Ted Johnson did a great job with the World of Outlaws over the past 25 years, but I'm looking forward to the new season. I'm glad to be a part of it."

"Everybody came together and we're ready to move forward," said Craig Dollansky, driver of the #7 VMAC sponsored sprint car and currently ranked seventh in World of Outlaws Championship Points. "The Sprint Series will be much stronger with Boundless working with it."

Promoters and fans alike will no longer have to speculate which drivers will appear at which race. Strengthening the relationship between the drivers and the Series is an instrumental part of the Boundless business strategy.

"As a product, the World of Outlaws Sprint Series has 25 years of history, but it definitely is in need of a new direction," said Craig Cormack, Boundless VP, Brand Marketing. "The national Outdoor Channel broadcast coverage, recent management changes within operations and the driver contracts are all part of the plan to rejuvenate the Series."
