Toyota to Train Foreign Workers

NAGOYA May 4, 2004; Japan Today reported that Toyota with its operations globalizing rapidly, will form a support group of some 2,000 engineers, chiefly veterans, to train overseas plant workers in Japan, officials said Monday.

Toyota currently sends a large number of engineers and workers from Japan to overseas plants in order to provide technical training to local workers.
