Anderson, Line Meet Again in Finals
Bristol, Tenn. – (May 3, 2004) Chicago Pneumatic (CP), manufacturer of high
quality automotive, construction and industrial tools and Greg Anderson pulled
the trigger on the competition for the fifth time this season at the Fourth
annual O’Reilly Thunder Valley NHRA Nationals presented by Quaker State at
Bristol Dragway.
KB Racing teammates Greg Anderson and Jason Line again turbo-ed their way
to the rain-delayed final round on Monday afternoon.
As to no one’s surprise, Anderson once again ended up in the NHRA Winner’
s Circle.
The win marked his fifth of the season.
Anderson defeated Line with a 6.754/203.12 mph run to Line's 6.790/202.99
mph run.
Anderson adds to his comfortable points lead over CP driver Kurt Johnson,
as Jason Line moves up from 11th place in points to third in the last three
races.
