Mitsubishi Motors Reports April U.S. Sales

CYPRESS, Calif., May 3, 2004 -- Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) today reported April 2004 U.S. sales of 16,269 units. Sales of the Mitsubishi Endeavor were up 13 percent over last April while the Mitsubishi Lancer posted a 25 percent gain. Mitsubishi Motors has sold 73,130 units year to date in the United States.

The company also announced today the start of "Mitsubishi's Triple Diamond Days," a month-long sales event featuring 3-year/45,000-mile free scheduled maintenance on 2004 Galant and 2004 Endeavor. The new marketing program also promotes Mitsubishi's standard 10-year/100,000-mile warranty.
