Nissan North America Reports April Sales
GARDENA, Calif.--May 3, 2004--Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) reported April total sales of 69,470 units for its Nissan and Infiniti divisions, a 14.0 percent increase versus April of last year.NISSAN HIGHLIGHTS
-- April sales for Nissan-brand vehicles were up 14.3 percent when compared to last April, with 59,491 units sold
-- Altima reported sales of 15,596 units, Titan full-size truck reported sales of 5,268 units, Murano reported sales of 4,161 units, Quest reported sales of 3,876 units and Armada full-size SUV reported sales of 2,537 units
-- Calendar year-to-date sales are up 30.4 percent with 265,657 units sold
INFINITI HIGHLIGHTS
-- Sales for Infiniti, the luxury division of NNA, increased 12.5 percent from last April, with 9,979 units sold
-- G35 sedan reported sales of 2,896 units, G35 Coupe reported sales of 2,532 units, FX reported sales of 2,097 units and the QX56 full-size SUV reported sales of 1,194 units
-- Calendar year-to-date sales are up 16.3 percent with 41,307 units sold
