LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 30 -- FullCircle Registry, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: FLCR) , today announced that the Company's ENC Global division entered into new service agreements with several automobile dealerships during the month of April 2004. ENC Global's new marketing campaign is currently focused on dealerships located in the Midwest and Western regions of the United States.

Based upon the average number of vehicles sold per month by each dealership, FullCircle expects annualized revenue generated from the new service agreements signed during the month of April 2004 to approximate $360,000.

"We are very pleased with the initial results of this campaign and intend to continue our sales efforts at the current pace throughout the year," commented Trent Oakley, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at FullCircle Registry, Inc.

"ENC Global provides a valuable service to consumers and an important sales tool for automobile dealerships. We look for continued market acceptance and growth through our current sales efforts and those of our marketing partners. FullCircle Registry has initiated the process of marketing ENC Global through its national U.S. sales network. Our broker networks will allow FullCircle to present the majority of America's 20,000-plus new car dealerships with the opportunity to provide ENC Global to their customers," concluded Oakley.

ENC Global, acquired by FullCircle in 2003, is an emergency notification service wherein a customer's emergency contacts are notified by a call center in the event of an emergency. Each customer is issued an emergency ID card for his/her wallet or purse, a key chain pendant and a decal for vehicles. These devices alert emergency personnel to contact the call center, which in turn immediately notifies the member's family or other specified contacts.
