Decoma International Inc. Annual meeting of shareholders and Notice of conference call first quarter 2004 results

CONCORD, ON, April 27 -- Decoma International Inc. (TSX:DEC.A; NASDAQ:DECA) will announce financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004, on Monday, May 3, 2004. The announcement will be made at the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held at the Design Exchange, 234 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, commencing at 3:00 p.m. EDT.
