WHAT: A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR INVESTMENT IN SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN'S ENERGY FUTURE. Ford Motor Company and BP plc are announcing a major initiative aimed at moving the United States closer to a hydrogen economy. Hydrogen-powered vehicles, and the fueling stations to support them will be operated in the Detroit area. The automotive company and the energy provider will provide details of the plan, and show the prototype vehicle and fueling station.

Directions to the City of Taylor Department of Public Works building, located at 25605 Northline Road:

From Telegraph Road (U.S. 24):

Telegraph Road to Northline Road. Go west on Northline 1 mile to Beech Daly Road. Turn left on Beech Daly and then make a left turn into the DPW Yard.

From I-75.

I-75 to the Northline Road exit. Go west on Northline to Beech Daly Road. Turn left on Beech Daly and then make a left turn into the DPW Yard.

From I-94 West:

I-94 East to the Telegraph Road South exit. Continue south for just over 3 miles to Northline Road. Turn right on Northline and go 1 mile to Beech Daly Road. Turn left on Beech Daly and then make a left into the DPW Yard.

From I-94 East:

I-94 West to the Middlebelt Road exit. Go south on Middlebelt to Northline Road. Turn left on Northline and go 2 miles to Beech Daly Road. Turn right on Beech Daly and make a left into the DPW Yard.

From the Southfield Freeway:

Southfield Freeway south to I-94 West. Follow the directions from I-94 West.

  From I-275:
  I-275 to I-94 East.  Follow the directions from I-94 East.
