Diamond Powersports Gears Up for Profits in 2004 - As Reported by Wallstreetcorner.com

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 26 -- Diamond Powersports, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: DPWS) is pleased to announce that they have been featured on Wallstreetcorner.com. In his interview with Larry Oakley, Diamond Powersports CEO Pierre Elliott stated, "Based upon the results of the past three months, we expect to have a profitable year."

Wallstreetcorner.com reported that Diamond Powersports is developing and marketing new products: (1) There are now four chain guards for different models, with eight more that will be introduced at the Sport Bike Week in May; (2) Frame sliders for new models; (3) Frame sliders with lights; (4) Signal light caps for most sport bikes; (5) Mirror block-off plates; and (6) Parts for the new 1,000 cc sport bikes just introduced by Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha.

In his article Mr. Oakley pointed to another month of record sales. Sales for the month of March 2004 were $126,415, up 62% from sales of $77,223 in 3/2003. Gross profit increased by 121% to $77,985 from just $34,792 in 3/2003.

"The increase in sales is directly attributable to our introduction of more than 50 new products with great margins to an ever-expanding motorcycle industry whose market is growing exponentially. Based upon the results of the past three months, we expect to have a profitable year," stated Pierre Elliott, Diamond Powersports, CEO.

Sales for the year ended 12/31/2003 were $888,047, up 52% from $585,197 for the year ended 12/31/2002. The increase is due to new and improved parts plus a growing awareness of Diamond products. Gross profit was $441,367, up 147% from $178,482 for the year ended 12/31/2002.

Cost of goods sold was $446,680, down from $406,715 in 2002. Cost of sales as a percentage of sales was 50% for 2003, improved from 70% in 2002. The decrease in cost of sales as a percentage of sales was due to better gross margins in 2003 from newer products. Management expects gross profit margin to improve in 2004 as new products with better margins have been developed.

"My opinion is that DPWS will be a driving force in the sport bike aftermarket. Its goal is to deliver profit opportunities and new product alternatives to customers worldwide for Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Yamaha sport bikes. I like the fact that DPWS' market is substantial -- the 2/9/2004 issue of Ehlert Powersports Business trade journal reports that the motorcycle industry has now reached $38 billion," stated Larry Oakley, Wallstreetcorner.com.
