Reynolds and Reynolds to Host Business Update Presentation in New York on May 13, 2004

DAYTON, Ohio, April 26 -- The Reynolds and Reynolds Company announced today it will host an information session for the investment community on Thursday, May 1, 20043, 2004, from 8:00 am to 9:30 am ET at The St. Regis Hotel in New York, located at 2 E. 55th Street.

The meeting will focus on Reynolds' business and growth strategy while highlighting the company's comprehensive and integrated suite of solutions and services. Presenters will be Lloyd "Buzz" Waterhouse, Reynolds' CEO, chairman and president; and Dale Medford, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
