Chariot Manufacturing Co., Inc. Announces First OEM Delivery

BARTOW, Fla., Apri1 23 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc.'s (BULLETIN BOARD: AACS) wholly owned subsidiary, Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc., today announced shipment of its first Original Equipment Manufacturers order.

American Commerce Solutions, Inc. Chief Executive Officer, Daniel L. Hefner, stated, "Under the OEM program, Chariot trailers will be packaged with our customer's products and sold as a complete unit. Chariot's first shipment under this program was to Atlanta based AmeriVap Systems. AmeriVap Systems manufactures dry steam cleaning equipment. The company offers several models from small residential units to large industrial systems. These systems are used to both clean and sanitize. Food and Beverage packagers are examples of one prime market for their equipment. AmeriVap Systems has combined a power generator and one of its larger industrial units with a Chariot Trailer for sale to representatives as well as to cleaning contractors."

Werner Diercks, CEO of AmeriVap Systems explained the reason they chose the Chariot Trailer was a combination of its aerodynamic styling and its light weight. The styling and quality of the Chariot compliments and mirrors that of AmeriVap Systems' products as seen on the company website www.amerivap.com.

Smith continued, "This delivery also marks our first lease program. We have been working with Accord Financial, who wrote the lease for the AmeriVap Systems package. Through Accord Financial, our customers can be approved for a lease in minutes over the phone. By providing options such as leasing, Chariot can differentiate itself from many of its competitors.

We are also negotiating with AmeriVap Systems to distribute its smaller residential unit, which is extremely effective in cleaning motorcycles. This will be just one of the related products offered as part of our new marketing program.
