(TSX: MG.A, MG.B; NYSE: MGA) is holding its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, May 6, 2004 at Roy Thomson Hall, 60 Simcoe Street, Toronto, Ontario, commencing at 10:00 a.m. EDT (Toronto Time).
