GlobeTrac Inc. Announces Turn Based Reporting with the WT4000 Locator; Practical Applications in Gritting Vehicles and Lorry Road User Charging

LONDON--April 22, 2004--GlobeTrac Inc. (OTCBB:GBTR), a leading supplier of telematics and tracking services to the European market is pleased to announce, in conjunction with WebTech Wireless, the release of Turn Based Reporting(TM). Turn based reporting allows for the accurate reporting of all turns during a vehicle's journey.

The turn based reporting feature will be included with the WebTech Locators and Quadrant(TM) fleet management system in a fleet of 25 Road Gritters in South East England. Turn Based Reporting(TM) ensures a degree of accuracy which is not available by time or distance based reporting. Therefore it is perfect when accuracy is required in proving delivery of grit to specific roads.
