PHOENIX--April 21, 2004--Members of the senior management team of CSK Auto Corp. , the parent company of CSK Auto Inc., a specialty retailer in the automotive aftermarket, plan to make a presentation at the Lehman Brothers Seventh Annual Retail Seminar in New York at 2:10 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, April 27, 2004.
