Myers Industries Declares Quarterly Dividend

AKRON, Ohio--April 21, 2004--The Board of Directors of Myers Industries, Inc. today declared a regular $.05 per share dividend. The dividend will be paid July 1, 2004, to shareholders of record as of June 11, 2004.
